"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"Calling Alabama Roof and Gutter LLC is the best decision I could have made to get a new roof, new gutters, and needed repairs to facia and eaves, on my house. Cole dedicated his best efforts to make me happy with my choice of roofing and was a great advisor, and also very patient dealing with my many questions, at all hours! The teams worked like a choreographed production, finishing the roof in one day, repaired eaves and facia with unexpected changes that would have shutdown the job without the diligent efforts of all the guys involved. The 6 inch gutters are a masterpiece and change the whole dynamic of an older house. Everyone did their job and did it well! I canâ  t be happier with the beautiful work and the knowledge that my house will now be protected for many years to come, due to the quality workmanship and expertise of Cole and his team. I also want to emphasize that I was always able to contact Cole easily and he responded in a kind manner: important ! He and his team were always concerned about the quality of work, and the personal interaction to satisfy the customer was of real importance! Their integrity and, what I discovered to be their Christian values, were very important to me and greatly appreciated. You just donâ  t get that kind of attitude from every company that you do business with. Thank you,Cole, and each and everyone that worked so hard on my house â  I am grateful! I already have another job scheduled with Alabama Roof And Gutters LLC, due to the workmanship and very reasonable prices, and have referred two other family members to get in line with the best company Iâ  ve ever dealt with! "Thank you Pinnacle for taking excellent care with my install at my small cottage. After sending out info to 3 major companies and being ignored completely because I'm a small job Pinnacle was prompt and professional and responded immediately. They scheduled & showed up as promised with a complete crew & full professional equipment for seamless gutters that are high quality and all sturdy materials. I highly recommend & would use again if needed. Thanks again Brandon and the crew at Pinnacle Gutters!"

"Verlon Davis was our POC with the company. He was very professional. He took great care of us. He kept contact with us over the the few weeks from quote to completion and will be our point of contact as we settle in our new gutters. Verlon is a great person to work with and makes you feel like youâ ve known him forever. We highly recommend Verlon and Vangaurd Gutter Systems. Also, the guys that came out to install the gutter system were very professional. We were impressed with the job the did. I didnâ t get to talk to them much. I wish I had the chance to tell them how much I appreciated how they cleaned up afterward! If you need a new gutter system, I recommend the product for the quality and of course the wonderful people who worked with us! Thank you Verlon, guys that came out to do the work and Vangaurd Gutter Systems."

"Back Story: We purchased a house a bit over a year ago wherein our inspector failed to note the rough condition of our crawlspace. After much research, I decided upon Phillip Madden's Exterior Waterproofing. The project itself was completed last August; I wanted to put the project through the rainy season of Alabama to get an idea of how well it went before I posted my review. As my rating shows above, I am absolutely happy with the outcome. Phillip and his team came in and swept my crawlspace by storm. By the end of the first day, my crawlspace already looked fantastic. That is a lot to say about a crawlspace... The full project finished earlier, and I seem to recall that his team put in 7-8 yards of gravel. In other words, these guys worked tirelessly and hard. Upon completion of the project, I installed a humidity recording device in the crawlspace to monitor the area. It was stayed at an average of 47% since installation. Prior to installation, there was moisture dripping off of the air ducts. Moreover, the air quality in our house has improved SUBSTANTIALLY. Fortuitously, we had a gravity drain already fitted. As it turns out, we will need to drop the drain and have a sump installed. You can count on the fact that I am about to call Phillip to do that work."

"Only gutter installation company that provided a complete, written quote."

"Brian and the entire team at OneCall could not have been better to work with when we were in need of a new roof. They were very pleasant and patient as we got the necessary paperwork filled out. They also did a fantastic job on our new roof. Whenever I had any questions, Brian was quick to answer and even met me at my office a few times to help speed things up. Great customer relations and I highly recommend them."
