"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. The only negative think I can say is, their up front communication could use some improvement. The weather prohibited them from starting our project and we assumed that is why we didn't hear from them, but a phone call to explain would have been appreciated.
