Erik was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, came out did an estimate on Monday and was able to do repairs 2 days later and completed it in the same day they started. The repairs did go over the original estimate but was because there were additional issues found after they started tearing off the bad areas and the whole area ended up needing to be replaced.
