"Amazing customer service - We called to see if they could send someone to help us check for a possible rodent in our laundry room. They sent someone that day to set traps in the room and then an inspector out the next day to take care of the rest. The inspection was very thorough - checked the trap in the laundry room, checked the attic as the entrance is in the laundry room (found rat droppings) and then checked the perimeter of the house for possible entry points.
