"Greg and his team provided a great quote for a poured concrete driveway and stamped concrete patio well below other quotes we received. He was very responsive as to the work dates due to rain and the job was done quickly. Greg was able resolve an issue with the concrete color and we get compliments from all our neighbors on how great the job looks."

"Lee is the best, hands down.  I own a rental property in Ferndale and the city requires an inspection of the fireplace every two years.  Lee is the only person I have ever used and he is always on time, super friendly, always does  a great job cleaning the fireplace and then cleaning up.  I've also used him for the random one off repair like patching broken concrete steps and also patching around the foundation of my brick house.
He is fair, has great pricing, does a great job, and is a wonderful guy.  Look no further than Lee, trust me!

"They were very good, and were the most affordable. Tony was very knowledgeable, and did a very nice job sealing it because they also had to seal the concrete against my brick wall, and actually did it beveled so it'd look nice."

"Concrete work was superb, would definitely recommend."

"We removed and replaced a 60+-year-old driveway and obtained 4 quotes for the work. Working with Lacaria Concrete Construction, Inc. was a great experience from start to finish. Lacaria was not the cheapest quote, but take it from us and do not learn the hard way. With concrete work, you get what you pay for. The Lacaria quote was clear and easy to understand. All questions regarding the type of cement, scope of work, permits, and planned work start and duration were answered before any agreements were reached. They also did a stamped concrete patio for us that turned out amazing. Call Lacaria early since their work schedule fills up fast. Thanks again, to Sal and his Lacaria crew."

"If I could give Alex a 6 star score I would. We were very satisfied with the job that he did repairing our concrete porch. He explained everything in detail and did what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend Alex."

"His prices were fair and he actually did a lot more work for us than Concrete. Won't do the concrete job untill it gets warmer."

"We worked primarily with Chris who served as both the project manager as well as doing a substantial amount of the work himself.
I chose Yellow Rose initially because of my interaction with him and his willingness and enthusiasm for our project and criteria.  Our main stipulation was that all original, 1930s era tile and details be kept intact while fixing extensive mold and water damage and replacing fixtures, as well as addressing some poor workmanship that had been done in the past.  What I was most impressed with during the process was Chris's dedication to solving any and all problems and his ability to do so.  There was never any point where I was concerned that the work would not get done or would not get done at the quality level I expected.  The one big hitch was that removing the original shower/tub fixtures was far more time consuming than anticipated (the plumbing was, apparently, also original!), and while this did add time and cost, Chris got it done.  He also spent a substantial amount of time correcting issues with the grouting not being done up to his personal standards - something that, honestly, neither my husband nor I would have ever noticed!
There were a few instances when the timing of the work wasn't ideal, however I have to balance that with all the workers being willing and able to do things like stay late on weekend nights to complete a job that turned out to be more complicated than anticipated.  Another big plus for me was that Chris was really respectful of our home and mindful of our aged, skittish cat - which was a huge relief!
I feel I should mention that Chris is quite young, but don't let that put you off or concern you.  His professionalism, skill, and dedication shine through during every conversation and interaction - and he's also really entertaining and personable!
