"I spoke with roughly every foundation repair business within 25 miles of my home, and all gave me vastly different solutions upon seeing my home. Based on the research I did (online articles, reddit, etc.) Russ's solution aligned with everything I was looking for without me having to lead him there. We had new I-beams installed (plus several carbon fiber straps because my stairs hug the wall), new internal drain system, one wall re-aligned (with exterior waterproofing including hauling away clay soil and backfilling with peastone), and tuckpointing. It was a huge job to say the least, but the quality of work done was outstanding. During the job he will call you over to educate you on everything he's doing. His #1 priority is making sure you (as the customer) are 100% satisfied with the work being done. You always have the opportunity to ask questions, alter the solution, or add-on additional work. He has a solution for everything. With all that being said, you'll probably have to wait awhile, and it's on you to keep the line of communication open. My advice to you is if you don't hear from him after consultation/quote, follow up with him, try to gauge when work will be able to start, and follow up as the date gets closer. He runs one crew at a time so that he can oversee the job, he does every consultation/estimate himself, so it's challenging for him to chase everyone down to see if they're interested. Most companies want to get in and out as fast as possible, cutting corners, etc. Russ doesn't operate that way and will make sure the solution implemented is bulletproof. "Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. "4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
