"We tried Comfort Zone among several providers because it quoted the lowest price.  The highest quote was $430 from A rated provider from Angies list.  Another quote was $150.

They came on time.  The owner (apparently) and two workers.  

I saw how they did.  They grabbed leaves and branches piled on the gutter cover and washed the gutters afterwards.  They did all gutters of our home (2900 sq. ft, two story building).  

The work was done in one hour.  They did not charge extra.  They did not try to sell other services.

Despite some mixed reviews (which concerned me), I think that they are honest and did excellent services.

"Appointment was scheduled for a quote. A gentleman (Tim) arrived at the precise scheduled time. Prior to assessing the exterior of our home Tim took time to sit down with us to obtain an understanding of precisely what we wanted. After verbalizing our desires and expectations Tim took measurements and provided an estimate. Prior to signing a contract Tim voluntarily provided his suggestions with his clearly evident expertise. There was not any pressure. After interviewing several other companies there was not any doubt Thermal Shield was the choice due to the integrity that was exhibited during our initial visit. When Thermal Shield was then contacted to return to review the initial quote Tim returned and a start date was scheduled. While waiting for the start date Tim called just to follow up and make sure the date was still convenient.
