"They scammed me out of my money have been dodging my calls did not fix anything charged me $100 and then they tried charging me even more saying that they were gonna just keep trying parts if that part did not work I do not think their licensed they came up with the website after I had already called thumbtack and made a complete about their legitimacy They know nothing and these guys will scam you out of your money and never answer the phone. They dodged me for weeks after I had paid them even just about the part ordering status because I do not t use genuine parts, but yet still are saying that I owe them even more than $100 when they did not even repair my dryer that I also hired them for at the same day. It was broken broken so if you wanna get ripped off because you are a female or an elderly person or they think you are not gonna do anything about it. By the way this address above is his home address if anyone else has gotten scammed the address above is rays home address "

"We called Ibrahim because our washer was stopping mid-cycle and the dryer wasn’t drying properly. It was really frustrating and had been happening for a while. Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."
