"We had a problem with a chirping smoke detector even though we had replaced the battery. After contacting DK, Derrick called us back immediately. He said it was a common problem and could be repaired. He told us that Steve would arrive between 10 am and 12 noon. Steve called just before 10am to say he would arrive in 30 mins. He did arrive on time, looked at the problem, tested the alarm and patiently addressed our questions and concerns. After installing a new battery he stayed to make sure it would not chirp in the next 10 mins. Sure enough it chirped again and Steve determined that our 8 yr old detector needed to be replaced. He did so and now everything is good. Overall we are very pleased with DK. They were prompt, patient and professional."
