"SUPER !!!
These people were the tops. Extremely nice and helpful in every way.
The wife changed her mind , I believe, 3 times, not a problem with them at all. They provided very large samples for us to take to our home we were buying, to decide which we liked best. I did my own measuring at first, to get an idea as to the cost figures, they came and did the measuring to save me money !!, that was even better. They gave me a date and time they would install the flooring, they arrived 4 minutes early, now that is prompt timing I'd say.. Talk about professional, the installers were really great guys, so very nice and polite , the wife and I were very impressed with their work, and manors.
Now back to the actual store, they did not try high pressure to sell us on any certain type of product, the final one we decided on, was actually one we were shown that had just arrived to their business. It was shown to us, along with many others. Not just the older stock items. These people were so helpful and understanding , knowing this was a big decision for us, since we are both older and most likely this will be the last time we will buy another home.
Over all, this company rates a 5 star in our book.
Great job and thank you Trenton Floor Center"

"ROSE FLOORING installed new carpet / padding in my family room today. They also did a repair job on the carpet installation in a bedroom (by another person) well beyond my expectations! Initially I had a contractor from Ridgely install carpet in my grandson's bedroom... they under cut in more than one area, the doubled up on padding ( plus a spare piece of carpet ) in the closet area, took my money and ran.
ROSE FLOORING came out , pulled the carpet, re-stretched it, completely re did the closet area with extreme PERFECTION! I simply could not be happier with the work the do. To say they are amazing would be putting it mildly! ROSE FLOORING will have any and all flooring projects in my home for this day on.

If Your looking for accurate, prompt, professional , courteous , and affordable flooring... Call ROSE FLOORING!

Sincerely ,
Ms. Loretta Johnson
Ridgely, TN 38080"

"The work overall went very well. We discovered the faucet was broken on a Saturday. Since Roto-Rooter advertises 24 hour service, I called and spoke to an after hours person. He made me an appointment for Monday afternoon. However, when the Roto-Rooter service person came on Monday, he had the wrong type of faucet. We rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. He called to let me know he was on his way before arriving at my house and showed up at the agreed time. He dug up the old faucet, cleaned up the debris and installed the new faucet. The work was neat and professional. We would use Roto-Rooter again."

FAQs for carpet installation projects in Trenton, TN

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
