They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. They did a beautiful job, they left my yard immaculate, they have a reasonable price but I will not post it here, and they were very professional."

"Very effective transactions including initial estimates/explanations of work to be done; and followed-up with scheduling and execution of roofing tearoff / new shingles and vents applied efficiently on house and shed. The flat sun roof area was pressure washed and resealed and a new chimney chase cap was formed and installed efficiently. Want to thank the roofing team (Ernesto and Victor and associates)for their installation knowhow, and the project manager (Brad) for coordination and attention to details in finishing the job quickly to our satisfaction."

"A hail storm went through the village where I live back in July, and as a result, I needed a new roof, fascia covering replacement, and gutter repairs. Lake County Roofs met my 3 criteria consisting of an A rating, a Super Service award, and recent positive reviews; however, what really caught my attention was that other members were referring to Darin Varsek (President) as honest. After meeting with him at my home, I also found this to be true, and I immediately hired him. He and his crew came 2 weeks later to install the new roof, and they were respectful of me and my property. I thought they would probably be only able to get the tear off done because they arrived at Noon, but they stayed until it was finished. Darin installed the new fascia and repaired the gutters while his crew tore off and installed the new roof. They were all friendly and extremely hard working, and the end result was beautiful due to excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up my property, too."

"I got an original estimate for some of the work. I have other things, other than the asbestos. I have a mold issue and an asbestos issue, and then I discovered some additional asbestos. So I got an original estimate and then I had talked to them about doing some additional work,and at that point they said they weren't interested. My original appreciation was that he was willing to do more. There was some additional work I wanted that he was willing to explore adding to some things that might not traditionally be the type of work he would do. His original quote was quite high. I got a quote from somebody else just for the mold piece. When I talked to him about that I had a lot of confidence that he was definitely following all the rules, which is great. I appreciated that, but it made his quote very expensive. I think he would have been very good and thorough and probably would have done a great job, but I ended up not using him for that first part and then trying to coordinate some other work, at which point he said he had other work to do and didn't think it was a big enough job. When we set the time, he came when he said he was going to come. He stayed a long enough time to be really thorough with what he was looking at."
