"My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. When completed, we sat down to review pictures and discuss options. Mike G. explained things clearly but did not pressure us to do anything at this time.
