"I called Nathan and he answered right away. He was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. I called a few other places and he was the only one who could answer my questions and give a free estimate. He came within the hour, replaced our water heater and the piping around it all within the price he first gave me, will definitely use him as our plumber!"

"When I called Mike this morning, it was after I had read the reviews on this site. My water heater died and I called Massey Plumbing and even though hew was booked, he made time for me. He showed me what was wrong with the old one, took it out and in a short time had a new one in place. He didn't even mind me hanging around watching and asking questions. No doubt in my mind that I will be calling him again when I need plumbing services. Don't waste your time on looking for other plumbers. I doubt you will find one who's as honest, dependable, professional and won't rob you blind! Thanks again Mike!"

"I purchased my home in Hillsborough County, and noticed that hard water was a problem in this area.  I could see the effects of hard water on the glass shower doors, which I continually had to clean with CLR.  I was also concerned about the quality of the water being used on my appliances (washer, dishwasher, etc).  I looked at the purchase and installation of a water heater as an additional insurance policy on my home and appliances.
Before the installation, I spoke with both Dan and Tim about water softeners.  Dan stopped by my home to give me an estimate on the water softener.  Although the price seemed high ($1,500) initially, I found that it was actually very reasonable when compared to the prices of other companies on Angie's List.  D&C also had excellent reviews on Angie's List, and were located close to where my home is.
I worked from home on the day of the installation.  Dan, Tim, and another employee arrived on time, and installed the water softener in a few hours.  They were very helpful in explaining how the softener worked, answered all of my questions, and finished the installation in a timely manner.
After the installation, I immediately noticed a positive change to the quality of my water, especially when taking a shower.  The water is much cleaner, and no longer leaves any residue on the shower doors.  I suspect that my appliances are also running much better.  For example, I can do my laundry with much less detergent because the water is of a much higher quality.
D&C also put quite a bit of salt into the softener when they installed it.  I did not have to add any salt to the softener for the first month.  The softener works very efficiently, and requires very little salt to be added.
Finally, Dan and Tim were very helpful in responding to my follow-up questions.  They are both very knowledgable and experienced, and I would not hesitate to recommend D&C to anyone looking to have a water softener installed at their home.

"First class repair, under cost estimate."

"This repair was a few years ago and has held up fine. The water service line from the water meter to the house was broken and leaking bad but no leak was visible on the ground. They found where the leak was, under the driveway, and replaced the water service line. They re-routed the line to a better spot and removed a non-functioning water softener and left that connection in place."

"I had to replace some water lines in my laundry room. I called Cornerstone. I have used this company once before to replace a sink and toilet in my bathroom. They did excellent work this time as they did last time. I was given a fair price and the work was top notch. I wanted to thank Alex and Raul for the great work they did on site. I will continue to use Cornerstone for any future projects they are able to help with. Keep up the good work !! I have a bathroom remodel coming up soon and I will call you then !! Thanks Cornerstone Thanks Angie !!"

"My first appointment went well.  Mr. Kelly was professional and prompt.  He was willing to answer my questions.  He also adjusted the thermostat to the recommended setting as it was set quite high.  When the water did not seem hot enough, I called him back on 1/22.  He came again and adjusted the thermostat - no charge.
On 2/3, extra work was required as a leak in the tank had damaged the floor.  Mr. Kelly was able to recommend someone to make that repair and Mr. Kelly returned later in the day to finish the installation.

"This was a somewhat challenging job from the start in that two 40 circuits had to be pulled from our breaker box (which was already full) to a central location in our house on the second floor (through the truss work). The electrical work had to be choreographed with the plumbers who installed the tankless water heaters. Jeremy did an outstanding job. Due to the nature of the job it required several trips to our home, but the finished product looks very nice. I cannot express how comforting it is to work with a punctual, conscientious, and competent service technician."
