I don't remember which was the lowest but we selected New Leaf based on the treatment and information we got from Jordan, their representative. He explained in detail the choices we had, how they would perform the job and mentioned that they did not promise to get the job finished in one day, which we were pleased to hear.
We had to wait a few weeks  before a crew was available, which was fine by us.  On the date given the crew arrived and worked steadily. Jordan was on-site each day to answer any questions or concerns.  
We are very pleased with how our new roof looks and with the recent rains there are no leaks.
