"Making an inspection appointment was very easy, and the inspection happened quickly. I was not prepared for the information about maintenance needs for metal roofing. Nobody tells you metal roofing requires maintenance when they sell it to you. So all the photos and information was vitally important. With that information, we made a well informed decision to get our surprised maintenance done asap. It took some time for our supplies that were ordered to arrive, which doesn't surprise me at all with our wonky home. Once everything was in, the job was scheduled and completed in 2 days. The difference between the minimal materials that were on the roof, and the materials being installed was a HUGE impact. We feel like our roof is definitely secure now. Local businesses are always the best way to go. They know the weather for the area, and how to keep your roof operational for many years. Highly recommend this company. "We bought an older house in the Five Points area in Huntsville and had the roof evaluated by Arkbow Roofing team. While they encouraged us to get the whole roof replaced, they strongly suggested to at least address the soft spots on our roof - meaning we had water getting in and rotting the wood. "Casa Grande Construction was fantastic. We have a vinyl home. We had a water leak and hired Casa to completely replace the vinyl in the rear of our home. When the vinyl was removed there was obvious wood damage to the wall and to the vertical 2x6 support boards. They replaced all the rotten wood and finished the vinyl in a week. The wood repair cost them 2 additional days, but still got if finished in a week. No mess along the way and great communications with me. Highly recommend."
