"Called company in the morning to make the appointment, expected a wait of several days but was told someone would be out that afternoon and they would call first. Mr. Waddell called as promised and arrived about 15 minutes later. (We supplied the parts needed for the toilet but decided to have a professional do the installation). "The technician showed up within an hour of me calling and was finished with all the pipes within a few hours. A few holes had to be cut into my walls, but that was expected and he did his best to minimized the visible damage by going through the back of my kitchen cabinets. The third broken pipe was not apparent at first (it still hadn't unfrozen when he first arrived) so he had to stay longer after he thought he was done to fix that one as well. He also explained why my pipes froze (the remodelers put the insulation on the wrong side of the pipes) and gave me tips to prevent this kind of damage in the future. The technician was kind and courteous throughout the job and stayed to answer my questions even though he had other jobs to get to. I have used A Plumber previously and they are good about cleaning up after their work."

"Friday night plumbing emergency: no toilets flushing and tub wouldn't drain after my daughter took her shower.  And it was 1am!!!  I checked Angie's List for plumbers with emergency service and good reviews, choosing this company.  I had never used them before so was a little apprehensive how it might go.  <br /> The gentleman who answered the phone was pleasant and professional, taking my information and telling me what he would do (call the plumber on call) and what would happen afterward.  The plumber (Scott) called back in less than 2 minutes and was awesome, telling me how long approximately it would take him to get here.  He was here in under an hour and worked really hard to get the drain unstopped.  Even though it was the middle of the night, he took time to explain what he found (some things that indicate they can be flushed CAN'T) as well as a problem he found.  Scott took time to tell me what can be done to verify the problem and what can be done.  He was so nice and so professional.  <br /> I was given an estimate on calling, understanding that it could run more if not simply a need for snaking.  The estimate was what I was charged, and it was a great price!  I will definitely be using these folks again if needed! <br />"
