He called ahead because we were anticipating a storm to see if he could come earlier that day so he could get it done around the storm on the day that he promised. Which I thought was great. He told me everything that I needed to know. It was gutter cleaning and tuneup is how they worded it. He told me every issue that I had. They were minor. I felt like he was honest about it. He was not a pushy salesperson. I actually asked him a couple of questions about other things I needed, He was very knowledgeable. He had just finished the ladies house across the street. Excellent job. I went over there to look at hers. I plan on calling them this summer to come and do some more work on replacing front porch posts and work on my deck."
