"From start to finish everything went exceptionally well. Aleksey of AVA Construction LLC. is excellent. Not only is he a skilled craftsman, he is a man of great character who you can trust. Our rustic white oak solid wood flooring was made to order by a third party. Unfortunately, production of the flooring was delayed on a couple of occasions. When I called to update Aleksey of the flooring delays, he was always positive and quick to adjust his schedule to make our job a priority. Once our flooring from the third party arrived, Aleksey allowed for appropriate acclimation of the product and then got right to work. Aleksey was punctual, hardworking, and put in full days of work. His communication was excellent, he answered questions we had, and he addressed any concerns we had with the knowledge base of an expert. Aleksey pays close attention to detail and strives for perfection in his craft. No corners were cut, I’m sure of that. In fact, I watched as Aleksey went above and beyond to make our flooring look great, exceeding our expectations. Aleksey stayed on budget, with no surprises as it related to project cost. I will recommend AVA Construction to anyone I know in need of new/refinished flooring. If the need arises, I will absolutely use AVA Construction in the future, but I truly believe the floors he installed will last a lifetime. "The job started off with the installer not showing up and the contact person, Joe, not knowing why. Turns out, the installer's wife was in contact with someone who had Covid, so he was getting tested. No problem there, except for not notifying anyone. Next, when they did get an installer the following day, the material was not here, when it arrives, it is the wrong size and delays the job again. The job that was supposed to be completed by Thursday, was not done until Saturday. This delay also forced us to stay out of the house for an additional day (at my expense). Though informed of a possible reduction in the cost in compensation for the aggravation, none was given."

They also painted the entire interior of my home when I moved in last summer. They are always on time and call me every night to let me know when they'll be there the next morning. I ordered shelves for the garage and they installed them at no extra charge. I only wish I had more for them to do. I wouldn't call anyone else for painting.
