However, after he and the guy the next day were finished we noticed that the power washer had splattered mud all over the grandkids play house and all their toys as well as in the outdoor kitchen. His work was good except for this major issue. We feel the job was too much for one person. The guy that come the next day was new on the job; did his best, but had troubles with screens, etc. However, he did a nice job on the windows."

Since we got done with the above list rather <br /> quickly, I decided to install the new ceiling light in the dining room <br /> rather than pay another service call fee. "I could hear the slight sound of a water leak near the sprinkler valve. It is not easy to reach as it is underground and you have to reach through a tube to get to it. TJ showed up as scheduled, assessed the situation and quickly identified the issue. He said he would have his " guy in the van" who had the right tools to dig down to it come out next day and repair it. Next day guy in the van showed up right on time, fixed the problem and I am a happy camper who no longer has a water leak and it cost me less then I was afraid it might. :) <br />"
