"This is our third time hiring All-Pro Landscaping. We have always been pleased at the end of each project. If you want someone to do preliminary drawings, this company may not be for you. It has been our experience with Bob (the owner) that he listens to what your ideas are for a project and he then shares some of his ideas. Bob prepares a written estimate and thats it. No fancy drawings. We choose Bob because his prices are reasonable and we are always pleased with his work. Bob does not have office staff to answer his calls, so you have to wait for him to return your calls. This process can get frustrating at times. Bob had a local craftsman build our iron gates. The gates were very nice, but the paint that was used was substandard. Bob had the gates removed and delivered to another business to have them repainted. Though it cost us a bit more, it was worth it. We are enjoying our new outdoor space very much."

"Robert came over to look at the jobs I needed done.  He was very punctual for both visits.  At a later date he completed the work in the time allotted by the coupon.  Some of the jobs included covering the attic vents, replacing outside lights with covers, a small paint job at the second story roofline and replacing a deadbolt.  He worked quickly and efficiently.  This was a great experience,  these were projects that needed to get done in time for winter and I could not do them.  Thank you Robert!"

I had scheduled for a day in early April, but no one showed up or called. I rescheduled for a Saturday in early May and, again, no one showed up. On Sunday, the crew arrived and performed the work as requested. I totally understand that this sort of work can go over schedule, or be held off by rain, but communication is essential. A phone call would have gone a long way towards getting an unqualified A review.
