Our fridge went out right in the middle of the holiday season causing our family a lot of stress...that is until we called Appliance guys! Arianna made sure we got the first available spot and put our minds at ease. On the day of the scheduled repair Samuel came out and he was exceptional IN... EVERY... WAY! He arrived earlier than scheduled (both times), contacted us beforehand to get our ok to arrive early, wore protective booties in our home, had GREAT manners, a kind heart, and was very knowledgable and conscientious. Pricing was very fair. He knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of us completely. He ordered the part right then and there and was back in short order to get us up and running again. He was even able to improve our situation in the meantime. I've said it before and I'll say it again ... If your appliance fails don't waste time fretting or shopping around. "Jay was able to fix a cabinet door hinge that we thought was unfixable. We'd tried to fix it ourselves but couldn't find a matching hinge, even looking for one at cabinetparts.com. It took him a few hours and a trip to the hinge wholesaler to get a replacement for the hinges which are no longer made, but the door is perfect now. I'm pretty sure there are very few people with this type of expertise in Portland, so if you've got a tricky issue, his many years of experience will definitely serve to your advantage. Highly recommend!"

With a washing machine problem, I had horrible visions of resorting to a laundromat, but calling Angela got a quick appointment with their amazing team, Ravi (CEO) and Jarrod (Tech Genius), who quickly, as usual with them, fixed the problem, and also checked out other appliances while here, gave great tips for their best use and care, and made their visit a true educational experience for one often prone to messing around with costly attempts at things I know nothing about.
