Communication was great, Chris the owner came out the day after I called and asked what our needs and expectations were, he made an outline and sent an invoice the next afternoon. They were EXTREMELY reasonably priced compared to a couple other estimates we had. We had the black coated chain link fence installed and two gates in our fairly large yard. The employees who installed were efficient and got the job done quickly, cleaned up and even went above and beyond and picked up some limbs we had and made a pile that they did not have to do at all. Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."
