"We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. They showed up on time, climbed up on the roof with me and told us that our roof was just fine - probably had 10 more years left. They also said that whoever told us we needed a new roof didn't know what they were talking about. Honest and straight forward - a refreshing change to the norm for many contractors.

"Thing went well except they did not paint my outside garage door and facing that is on garage side as well inside door frame. I paid extra for this and I specifically requested this be painted. I called them about 3 weeks ago but it has not been taken care and I am still waiting for them to contact me."

"We used The Paint Company recently to paint the entire interior of our home, to replace all baseboards and to add crown molding. They did an excellent job and our home looks great! The crew did a wonderful job; they kept the mess to a minimum and completed the job in a timely manner.
