I considered it very fair and the next day his employee, Gary, came out and filled all of the holes on the outside of the house where mice might be able to get in. He also put 2 large traps outside and several areas inside my home. He was also right on time. They were both very pleasant and answered any questions I might have. "I called John a year ago to clear the mice out of a 20x20 building. The project included removing wall insulation where the mice had lived for 30 years. John gave me a very low quote and worked very hard on removal. When I told him I wasn't totally satisfied, he apologized, admitted the scope of the project was larger than he had anticipated, and came back to fix it. There were no additional charges, and he said his goal was for me to be completely satisfied. He worked until I was happy, came back 2 weeks later to check it all, and called a few times to make sure everything was okay (no extra charge). I called him again this summer when we heard the mice.
