"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. I'll go over the project and both the positive and negative experiences we had with Victors Roofing. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"We would highly recommend Buckeye Improvements for roofing. The price was reasonable and Josh and George's experience was helpful through the process. The use of quality warranted Corning shingles and the attention to detail made them an easy choice. The crew came in early and went above and beyond to make a professional installation. Gutter guards and siding trim were put back in place. Everything, including old nails, were cleaned up and hauled away. "I called on DryTech to replace the aging roof on my 1000sqft Ranch house as well as upgrade my attic ventilation with ridge venting and replace the roof sheeting. Austin was amazing, and worked with me from start to finish! He was responsive and answered all of my questions! He was even on site the day of the installation to monitor and do a final walk around. On the morning of the install, the crew arrived at exactly 7:00 AM and got started. This group of guys removed my old roof, installed new plywood, and installed shingles in 4 hours. "This company charged us $39,900 to metal roof our garage, fix a roof someone else started, put up some Smart Board soffit and fascia, and put up 6-inch gutters. It took two months to complete the job. I was given it three different times before it was done. The work took about four days. Gutters are not up yet, but we are painting the soffit and fascia first. They are polite. not happy with the cost or time for completion. They explained the cost as related to going over another crews work. Our contractor had abandoned us, and we were desperate to get it done so we could complete the interior work."
