"TPM is an excellent company to do business with. They built my fence on the property just after I bought it so that I had a run for my dogs. Fence and three gates are very solid and one of them is large enough for my 48” riding mower. In other words the work they do is customized to your needs. They also built my 24’X 36’ workshop and I could not be happier with it. My only regret is that I did not have TPM pour the concrete slab as they would have done that work cheaper and the quality would have been far better. TPM just recently added a 10’X24’ lean to shed for my workshop so that I can now store my tractor out of the weather. There is nothing I would not trust TPM to do for me and I would give them the highest recommendation. Really good people doing excellent work!!!"

"Stay away from this company. The fence installation is average at best. But as much as the fence this guy is really shady and dishonest. The theft of items from my yard was hard to believe. I was living in Indiana and hired him to put up the fence before I moved to the property in Ohio where the fence was being put up. He took a fairly new wire fence down and helped himself to all the posts without my permission, I told him to bring them back and he brought back old rusted and bent posts that wern't mine and only about a third as many as he stole. My wood was on the patio to finish the job and I counted all of it and told him I wanted every board that he didn't use to finish the job. I only got a portion of it, and he had the nerve to tell me that one board in particular, he needed for another customer. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. The fences that he puts up look nice but you can tell that there is too much give if you push on it and they are not all completely nailed on."

"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"Metzner installed a front entry door in my home? 1st red flag was the installer refused to use foam around my frame, instead he packed loose insulation around about 20-25% of the entire door frame? Further more after it was completed it was leaking around the entire door seal the very next day.. After 3 different men came out finally Mr. Metzner himself showed up and was so rude to my wife while I was away at work, when I arrived home I missed him by around 10min, she was crying because this man talked down to her and made her feel like the door issue was her fault.. He bragged about having 25yrs experience and asked my wife what she wanted him to do, so she said to him your the with 25yrs experience and your asking me??? He turned around walked out the door and our new door isn?t 2months old and leaks 10x more then my old door that was installed in my home in 1961.. plz I seriously advise everyone to not spend your money with this crook!!!! And plz stay away from his COMPANY!!!!!!"
