"Mr. Shelter was did an excellent job putting a "rubber" roof on our sun porch. He answered my questions, took pictures before & after, cleaned up the scraps and was a pleasant person to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone needing roofing services. "

"I had a new roof, which I paid for, not my insurance company, as well as all new gutters, downspouts, and rain guards installed. They did such a wonderful job and were on time, and showed up ready to go with everything they needed to complete both jobs. The roof was done on one day, and they returned with a different crew for the gutters. When they came for the roof replacement, I had just had new landscaping done in the front and around the sides of my house. The guys covered all young plants and were careful not to damage any of them while tearing the roof off and also during clean-up. There was one tiny issue after the roof was installed, but they came right out and addressed the concern and all is perfectly fine now. I highly recommend this company if you are thinking of getting a new roof or gutters/downspouts in the future."

"I could not recommend this business enough! My husband and I bought a home less than 2 years ago and about a year into owning, our roof started leaking due to damages from a storm. After calling around to a few different roofing companies we got the total run around from everyone. American Home Tech knocked on my door and asked if they could give me a free estimate for the storm damages they seen on my roof. From the very first meeting, each individual we dealt with was literally Heaven sent. From the guy who knocked on the door, to the guy who gave the estimate, to the guy who helped us file a claim with our insurance, to the guy who helped us deal with our insurance company when the insurance company fought to replace the roof, to the guy who walked us through all the building process, to the crew who put the roof on, and the project manager who oversaw the building process. Each person was amazing! Our insurance company was extremely difficult, and fought for 7 months to avoid replacing the roof. American Home Tech never gave up, and never got impatient with me or helped me any less in my efforts to fight my insurance company. When the replacement was finally approved, American Home Tech was quick to set up the replacement so the leaking could be stopped as soon as possible. On the day of the roof replacement, all the decking under my old roof was completely unusable. The project Manager, Cody, was on top of looking into my insurance policy to see if there was any way to get insurance to cover it. Because of his excellent knowledge and skills, my insurance company did pay for complete decking replacement as well. The entire crew was on time, kind, and extremely efficient. The project took much longer than expected due to unexpectedly having to replace the decking on the entire house, but they never complained and still finished the roof in one day. They were polite and respectful of me and my little toddlers. Whenever I had to walk outside they would pause working so I could walk safely pass them. Once the work was done, they cleaned up the yard and patio very thoroughly. It honestly looked better once they left than it did when they arrived. I could literally go on and on about this company. They are such an answer to my prayer. My new home now looks even more beautiful with a safe, leak free roof. Thank you American Home Tech, you have a customer for life!"

"Replaced damaged pieces on side of house (high visibility area) by harvesting pieces from the back of house (low visibility area). The new pieces were then added to the back which was still a very close match visually."

"Kenneth and Marciano did excellent work. The price was very reasonable. Challenges arose and they dealt with them beautifully. Their clean up was excellent and their work guaranteed for 5 years. Outstanding duo; would hire again unconditionally. Carol Ross"

Small jobs welcome
"Highly recommend. Two amazing young men, Brice and Avery, who know what they’re doing. Very prompt, attention to detail and great communication. Very eager to please and quite professional. They have retiled a large shower for us, beautiful. Completed a huge deck plus trex boards. Looks fantastic. Got a rental property ready for us to sell: repaired whole wall, resealed bathtub enclosure, repaired an awful window situation, painted decking, and repaired crown molding. Sold 2 weeks later. Great company. Highly recommend."

"Our house is over 120 years old. We hired Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof and reinforce the structure of the roof where there were some weaknesses. Over most of the house, Allstate replaced the shingles with a metal roof. A portion of the roof is flat and Allstate replaced the deteriorating rubber with an improved covering. The roof on the front porch was sagging, so Allstate deconstructed the roof and then rebuilt the roof with proper LVL beams to prevent sagging in the future. The roof over the main part of the house had sagged a bit over the 120+ years. We hired an engineer who recommended the addition of several collar ties and other supports. Allstate understood the engineers instructions and installed the supports. All of the work described above took less than one week. They hauled away all of the debris, and checked the work to ensure that it was done correctly and to contract. All of the people we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, and polite."
