"1st when they arrived to give estimate the guys climbed on roof and tacked down the tarp my husband had put on to cover damages so it was more secure. 2nd they were able to start 8-9 days following our decision to hire them 3rd they showed up on time if not early. They worked dawn to dusk first day and finished by noon the second. 4th not a single nail or shingle found after they cleaned up you would never know they were here. Tim and Jan both came by to check that supplies arrived and again to ensure job was complete"

"We discovered Sunroomescapes at a Homeshow, we got an estimate from them and one other contruction co.. We chose Sunroomescapes because the owner of the Co. came out to give us an estimate for a 16X16 4 seasons room with no pressure to buy. Rick was professional. <br /> We had an existing roof and floor supports because it was previously a screened in porch and all the supports were not exactly square. They squared everything up (which took some time to do) and installed the room. It took a total of 5 weeks but we had some rainy days and some very windy days when they couldn't work. <br /> The workers were very friendly and trustworthy. <br /> <br /> We are very happy with the overall experience, we hardly know what the rest of the house looks like because we spend so much time in our sunroom. "The addition went well and we were in after about 7 weeks - it would have been sooner but there were some weather issues (of course).  The remodeling section went OK, but there were a few hiccups.  Adam and his crew were great and friendly, but some of the subcontractors he uses were not giving us the time and attention that we felt we deserved with a project this size.  There were a few times where we had Adam call them back in so they could get it right.  The drywallers left CRAZY messes (mostly from our popcorn ceilings being scraped but seriously, we are trying to live there), and the electricians would come, leave, come back a couple of days or week later, leave again - just never getting the thing done. One part involving the video lines was drug on for over a month while work went on around it. <br /> When it came to the interior finish, which is Premier's crew, they were awesome.  We love the look of the remodel and our new kitchen is amazing.  The workers, Mike, Jessie, Curt, and Tim did great and they finished everything in a timely manner.  My kids felt totally fine around them and they would take time to chat with my family and pet the dogs.  <br /> We did have some miscommunications at the end with some punch list items but those were resolved eventually.  However, during the whole process, Adam was always available via email, text, or phone. <br /> Even with the subcontractor issues I described, I would not hesitate to use Premier again and I have referred a couple of coworkers and friends to them.  This was a very large project and now that we are all done and have been living in it for a few months, we LOVE it.  We get many compliments from friends and family.  Honestly, we wish we would have done this years ago...  :) <br /> I have given Adam permission to use us as a reference and please feel free to ask him for it and call if we can help give you more information. <br />"

"Crew showed up at 07:10 am and began immediately. Foreman was excellent and kept crew on task the entire time. I have a large roof (45 squares) and I never thought they would get it done in one day. They finished roofing job at 07:30 pm including excellent job cleaning up. Yes found some nails, but considering how many were taken off, give them an A for the clean up. Went with oversized gutters and they look really nice. So far, very happy with them. Superior Exteriors was great to work with, especially Ryan Thank you Superior Exteriors!!"

"We are happy with the Windows.  However I suspect that the pricing floats according to visibility of project (busy street + sign = more 'discount').  I will say the installation went smoothly and we are happy with the result.  We didn't realize that there'd be a ledge in front of these new windows - kind of looks goofy, but for replacement windows I'm sure we could have done worse.  Installers were good & professional.  Some of the windows are difficult to lock. Also, the EPA Lead Testing fee is complete bunk. I don't think they did anything different in terms of making sure the lead paint dust didn't come into the house. The only time they put up a screen was for the front door installation. I bet the windows went to the landfill jus the same. <br />"
