"Travis Hovis called me very shortly after I posted the job. I explained the problem, one of the Door springs broke and was laying on the garage floor. After asking several questions, he told me he had the parts on his truck and could come in about hour to fix the problem. I asked him if he could replace just the one broken and not the other. He explained why Not to do that, mainly safety. He replaced everything, both springs, cables,pulleys,eye bolts,S hooks. Took his time the adjust both sides so that it worked smoothly and evenly. He was done in about 1 1/2 hours. To show how committed he is to his work, he showed me that the set of springs, white 110 lbs, where Not the same. The factory made an error and sent one 110 lbs and one 120 lbs. He apologized for the inconvenience. Said he had to get a new correct set tomorrow morning first thing and would return around 10:00 am. He text me when he was 1/2 hour out. Took about 15 minutes to install and adjust both sides. "

"I left a voicemail after hours on the evening of 5/12/2009 stating that my garage door appeared to be crooked when it closed ans asked if someone could come out an take a look at it. A very pleasant woman called me just after 8:00 a.m. on 5/13/2009 and scheduled a technician to come to my house between the hours of noon and 2:00 p.m. She said that she would give me a 20 minute notice of the actual time of his arrival and also that she would try to give me as much notice as possible if the technician would be delayed due to traffic or weather. I received a phone call just after 11:30 a.m. advising that the techinician was on the way. He arrived right at noon. After examing my door, the technician gave me several options ranging from a $75 quick fix all the way up to installing brand new doors. I opted to go with replacing the hardware for $150, which he said would most likely buy me a couple of more years with the ancient garage doors on my house. The new hardware was installed and the door working perfectly within 30 minutes. The technician checked all screws and lubricated both garage doors and left the area clean."
