"These guys are excellent. Max came promptly to give us an estimate that was a fair price! They worked with me to pick up and hold my flooring material prior to install. I live 300 miles from our lake cottage where the actual install was to be done. Max and his office manager handled our distance project planning with efficiency and kindness. On install day Max and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled. We were kept in the loop on every step of the project install and Max’s crew were marvelous to have in our home; working effectively and get the task accomplished. In addition, they wore masks the entire time they were working in my house which we very much appreciated as we have some at risk grans we are striving to protect. The crew cleaned up daily and did an excellent job on the new floors. They are perfect and exceeded my hopes. I would highly recommend this contractor and would definitely use him in the future."

"They were super nice and helped me decide. The owners came to inspect after the Wonderful man got floors installed. SUPER PEOPLE"

"Started well but was not good with details. Paint on carpet, couch, and window trim. Did not use blue tape so the lines were not crisp with the painting involved. The yellow paint in the kitchen can be seen through the gray paint. Did not put the transitions from the tile to the carpet at first. Had to call back to get transitions placed. There was a slight nick to my wooden dresser drawer. The tile is beautiful and the paint looks nice but the lack of attention to the details has really been disappointing."

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"Larry came out the day I submitted my request on service magic to give me a quote. It was very fair and reasonable. He was extremely nice, very professional, and respectful of my and my roommate's things. He began work the following Monday, and finished in two days. The quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend him, and plan on using him again for any future flooring jobs."
