I chose them because they are local to Alabaster/Pelham and I prefer to support local, family owned businesses when I can and for their quick scheduling. I called right when they opened for business and was able to get scheduled for service. The two-man team arrived within the 1.5 hrs time window they provided, sized up the job quickly and went to work. One started removing the old water heater while the other one got busy prepping the new water heater for install. The senior of the two was knowledgeable and approachable. No smoking or dipping during the job; clean pipe fitting joints; not messy during install; tidy clean up. The job was completed quicker than I expected. As of this review, we are four days past the install and there have been no problems. I would consider them for future work."
