"My hot water blew and amoung other repairs needed... my hardwoods had to be replaced in one room and refinished in the rest of the house. When i went on this site looking for a reputable company to help... boy, did i find them!! They not only did a BEAUTIFUL job.. but, the workers, Josh and Greg helped me move the last few pieces out of the way. They are proffessional, prompt, willing to work with your schedule, patient with you when you cant decide what stain to go with, very reaonably priced.. i cant sing their praises loud enough. My floors are GORGEOUS!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a bad situation a little easier to handle!!"

"Mendez and team did a phenomenal job removing the different outdated flooring and installing LVP flooring that I had purchased. The team did such a great job that when I remove the carpet in the rest of the home, they’ll be the team that I hire to do so. The first photo is what it looked like and the second is the installed LVP flooring"

"We had a really good experience with prime management. They did the entire roof and were hard at work for 2 weeks to get the job done. They discovered some wood that had rotted and added a bit more to their estimate to accommodate these repairs. They informed us ahead of time that this was a possibility. We also really liked the pictures that we received detailing progress of the house. All in all a great experience with wonderful staff and workers."

"The work was done on time and so well that I can't even see where the scratch on my floor was. David was professional and had the expertise to do the repair. I would definitely recommend him. His information is in my card file. He is a very impressive young man."

"Everything went great and as planned flooring looks great and everyone that sees it loves what mr James did I also had 50 stairtreads they installed and totally transformed my staircase and the stain and polyurethane makes the floor look like glass and is very smooth at all transitions to the ceramic GREAT JOB!
