"Very well. Alberto & Rigo arrived a day after I scheduled the work to be done. They blew & scraped moss off my roof tiles, blew out the gutters & cleaned my skylights. While Alberto applied the Tile Guard treatment, Rigo sprayed the windows, siding and deck to remove any treatment from them. They power washed the patio, cleaning off debris & spray cleaning the siding as they went along. All the blown moss was cleaned up. The roof and patio look great! They worked hard and did a great job! Alberto also alerted me that a number of tiles were broken or cracked and needed replacement, which I have also scheduled with them. My only disappointment was that there was still moss that had grown on Gutterflow barrier in the gutters since the last cleaning that could not be blown off. I have scheduled the Gutterflow to be removed, cleaned & re-installed."

"It went very well. Hayden was very professional, timely, communicated well, and did an excellent job on our backyard deck. The deck needed cleaning up and staining. Over a couple of days, he power washed the deck well, let it dry thoroughly, sanded it and then stained it a redwood stain color we requested, that he provided. He was very pleasant, thorough and cleaned up the surrounding area after the job. The deck looks beautiful. I asked if he dealt with fences as well, and he indicated he does, so when ready, we will call on Ray’s Pressure Washing again! It will be soon!"

"Travis (and Leah) run a great little business! They communicated thoroughly and did what they said they would. Travis came out and gave a bid and Leah put me on their calendar so I wouldn't loose my place in line. We were to be gone when the appointment happened and arrived home to find our sparkling home and driveway - the deck was FAB also! I couldn't remember the concrete EVER being gray - always black or green! We had the vinyl siding, gutters, all sidewalks on the property and in front of the house, driveway, some fencing that is visible from our front porch, the freont porch, garage door, side door, the 3 "garbage" cans, our huge double deck and railings and even my husbands kayak! "Awesome! Kevin is courteous, talented and professional. He gave me a bid that included several choices of service at my request (do the whole thing, have me do part, etc.). The work was done very well... the deck is beautiful. The last stain used (by another contractor) had oxidized or something, turning an ugly black... his cleaning and sanding (including a pergola) removed the residue and he used a stain that won't do the same thing as it gets weathered. We use this company for our annual roof cleaning and moss prevention and have used them for powerwashing our driveway and patio. Always excellent and dependable."

"Douglas was responsive, polite and punctual. He was able to start sooner than anticipated and he and his crew basically performed a miracle on my yard. Douglas even worked around my bee hives and problem solved with me on how to protect both the bees and the crew when they needed to use machines near the hives (cheesecloth and duct tape with a sheet over the hives). I've been fighting the blackberries for years and I thought it was a losing battle.
