"What can I say?! It was another wonderful experience with Appliance guys!!! Our fridge went out right in the middle of the holiday season causing our family a lot of stress...that is until we called Appliance guys! Arianna made sure we got the first available spot and put our minds at ease. On the day of the scheduled repair Samuel came out and he was exceptional IN... EVERY... WAY! He arrived earlier than scheduled (both times), contacted us beforehand to get our ok to arrive early, wore protective booties in our home, had GREAT manners, a kind heart, and was very knowledgable and conscientious. "I called and made a next-dayn appointment  for an arrival between 12:00 and 2 p.m.  I received a call the next day at 10 a.m. that technician could arrive in a bout 20 minutes. Mike arrived shortly and went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problems: the dryer needed a switch on the door. The washing machine was operating properly. The problem was the impaired draining of the basement sink which caused some of the  expelled water to  backflow iinto the washing machine. I later called my long-time plumber and he opened the drain. <br /> This is my first time to use AAA Appliance Service, Sales & Parts. "It was difficult to find anyone that installs a dishwasher. Once I saw that installation was in his business name, I knew this was probably a good idea. I had researched pricing for this job on the internet so when he offered his price I knew it was a good deal. He quickly installed the machine and then he spent some time showing me all the functions of my new appliance. He picked up his mess and he would have put all my things back under the sink area, but I offered to do it myself. I asked for several business cards to pass them around."
