"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. They provided a free evaluation of my roof, showed samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate provided various options for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were thorough and communicated with me multiple times during the four-day install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is amazing. I certainly recommend their service."

"Long story short, hire Raindrop Roofing NW if you have a roofing job you need done right, consistent with manufacturer’s instructions. By contrast: the outfit that replaced the roof on our Dutch Colonial for the previous owners cut corners on the steep mansard slopes. As a result, the new roof which should have lasted 25 years, started failing in three. (I’ve been repairing drooping shingles ever since and have had to learn more about roofing than I ever envisioned or desired.) A few years back we hired a local company with an Angie’s List A-rating to re-shingle the problem slopes, but we had to let them go when we caught them taking the same shortcuts that caused the first roof to fail. Their excuse: the manufacturer’s instructions were excessive. (Yet these were the same instructions they had previously agreed to follow.) It’s worth noting that roofing product warranties are almost always dependent on installation consistent with manufacturer’s instructions. Nonetheless, it took several years to find another company that would agree in writing to do so at an uninflated price. Given the above experiences, we worked closely with Raindrop and watched their work with an eagle eye. They did everything we asked for and beyond! This included making extensive improvements to the roof’s ventilation, especially in the steep mansard regions. Further, the Taylor Metal standing-seam system they applied to the garage and patio looks and functions great. Their final price was consistent with their estimate, and right where it should have been given the size of our house and the materials requested. (Unlike many of their competitors, Raindrop doesn’t gouge the homeowner for requesting standing-seam metal in addition to composite roofing.) Bottom line: next time you’re walking down a street in Portland, look for the abundant tell-tale signs of roof repairs – visible patches of replacement shingles. It’s perhaps not surprising that in this sustained building boom, quality installation at a fair price is hard to come by. I'm happy to report Raindrop is the welcome exception."

"The day after discovering two leaks in our house (one of which happened to be dripping onto our bed) Carlos responded to my repair request immediately AND agreed to come out same day. I'd already had 3 other companies tell me they wouldn't work on my cedar shake roof AND they were booked out for weeks. Carlos and his father Ahmed arrived on time, and after showing them the leaks and the house, they promptly hopped up on to the roof and took thorough photos and explained what was happening. I could see the issues easily with literally zero roofing knowledge. They told me what materials I needed and the cost which was reasonable. They returned in a couple days with the materials, fixed several issues in a few short hours and the leaks are solved! They are both honest, up front and answered all of my questions with ease and confidence. Carlos stayed in touch with me as well. Can't recommend these guys enough!"

"Redbird Roofing was great to work with. They have excellent communications in scheduling (and rescheduling) work. They are reasonably priced and Taylor did an excellent job repairing my roof. I'd highly recommend working with them."

"The crew worked hard and long hours. They are very skilled with roof repair and metal roof install. Super friendly crew and owner! We love the 24 gauge metal. The first rain with the new roof was so much quieter than before!"

"Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the job they did and their attention to details. We are positive Ricardo and his team have saved us money in the long run. And we loved that they took pictures of everything as they encountered issues. The customer service, responsiveness, work ethic and thoroughness are outstanding. We will definitely hire Ricardo and his team again and will highly recommend them to anyone who has construction work that needs to be done."

"Miguel was very quite and polite. There was absolutely no pressure or attempt to beguile me into a deeper project. His crew was respectful as well. They played their music at a low volume not disrupting myself or neighbors. This has been a problem with other work crews in my neighborhood. Miguel did exactly what he said he would do. He even installed 2 new roof vents for no additional cost. He was on schedule and was successfully in and out of the project. He did not claim to know it all yet had the confidence as some one who does. My snap shot of him was a very polite, professional, well manner, and balanced individual. The roof repair he and his crew did tied into the existing roof as if there had been no damage to begin with. Other roofers tried to sell me an entire roof replacement. Me, knowing what I know, knew this to be false. People, what I have said here is true. A very reputable roofing company tried to sell me an entire teardown and replacement. They could not guarantee that their crew was good enough to repair 3 areas without potential leaking. This was astonishing to me. Miguel and his crew came in and did what I knew could be done. They did it professionally, honestly, and reasonably priced. He killed me with love but backed it up with a job well done. This is the first review iv"e ever written. I have no regrets in hiring Miguel. You'll see what I mean when you speak then meet with him. Yes, I give a 100% recommendation for Miguel and his crew. This project for me became stress free when I put it into the hand of Miguel. Thank you Miguel and Golden Hawk."

"Their team removed 3 layers of old roofing and put a brand new roof on for the most affordable price I could find. It has been a year and they did a free inspection to make sure its top notch. Its holding up super well and I know I can call them if they happened to make any mistakes as well. I highly recommend their professionalism and quality for a roof that will last years and years!"

"THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT! But it's gonna sound like it because I will sing their praises loud and proud. I cannot recommend Matt and his crew at Reliance Roof Pros highly enough. We have a very large roof which had old cedar shake (and as it turned out, some rotten plywood sheathing underneath) that needed replacing. We had three companies come out to give us bids. One very large, well known company, and two smaller, local companies. Reliance Roof Pros was referred to me by a contractor I trust like he's part of my family, who knows quality work when he sees it. Reliance's bid was not the cheapest, in fact I had another bid that was several thousand dollars cheaper. But but based on the amount of time Matt spent inspecting our home and roof, getting to know the ins and outs of our structure, and the time he spent explaining to me what he was proposing, and teaching me all that went into the project, it was such an easy decision. He is so knowledgable and professional, and was able to answer each and every question and even draw diagrams to help explain what needed to be done. We selected Presidential comp, and scheduled the job. Matt and his crew hit the schedule perfectly, even finishing ahead of schedule. The crew was so efficient, and careful, and made sure not to leave a trace of the job on our property after each day of work. They were very respectful and friendly, and we felt very comfortable with them on our property for 4 days in a row. Matt was out multiple times daily to inspect the work, and ensure the safety of my family, and his crew. In the end, the finished product (new roof and underlayment, flashings, skylights, added structural support of an overhang, new sheathing, new ridge vent, and ice barrier in a spot where we saw buildup, etc), we couldn't be happier that we went with Reliance Roof Pros. Happy to provide referral over the phone if anyone wants. Don't go anywhere else for your roofing needs. We won't (but then again, we'll probably be dead before we need a new roof). Thanks again Matt!"

"Had Rufus do our original roof using Certainteed Roofing...failed after 8 years. They did a great job first time so was easy to choose. Work was done and to my satisfaction details were completed"
