"We were informally quoted just under $1,200 to replace some rotten wood on the outside of our home. We were told it would be done in 1 day. One worker showed up and after 2 days, our job was not completed. A hole was also left in an area that was to be worked on next. They wanted to charge us more for his hours to compete the work. The worker asked for payment at the end of day 2. I asked for an invoice but he couldn?t produce an official one so I took a screenshot of his iPad that just had parts and labor listed. The ?invoice? was $600 more than quoted due to the extra time it took the one worker. We called and spoke to Craig to have the worker come back. He said he?d have him come out Friday at no extra charge. Friday came and went and no worker showed. We called again and Craig said he?ll have the local boss call us, but he never did.  We emailed Mr Handyman through their homepage 2 days ago and haven?t heard back either. "

They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. Jeff is onsite doing the actual work every day which is a huge benefit. He is good at problem solving on the job and works really hard. An excellent painter, he takes on a project as though it was his own home. And he is completely honest and fair, which is rare. The exterior of our old house looks fabulous and we will have him back to attack the interior. We would highly recommend him."
