"Kevin visited my condo to provide free consultation on various options that are available - I thought I had hardwood floor for the condo that I just purchased, but he showed me that it was engineered wood instead. Footprints floors has provided me with the best quote for my LVP installation out of four quotes that I received including CostCo's. Kevin and his team arrived on time on installation date and provided high quality LVP installation. They provided all necessary paperworks ahead of time and abide by my condo HOA rules. I'm very satisfied with the value and the quality of work they provided in addition to the one year warranty on floor installation! I will definitely have them work on my next flooring project."

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

They helped us source gorgeous, authentic hardwood with that exact mid-tone cinnamon russet warmth—not too dark, not too bright, and zero orange undertones. "I had a great experience with Fernando and Jimiba Services. He removed the old, dirty carpet from my basement office and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, finishing everything off with quarter round. Fernando offered a fair price, communicated well throughout the project, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He worked quickly, paid attention to detail, and did a perfect job. He also left the space clean and ready to use. I’m very happy with the finished floor and would definitely hire Fernando and Jimiba Services again for future projects. He clearly has a wide range of home improvement skills, and it’s great to know I have someone reliable I can call when I need work done. Highly recommended!"

"When it comes to installing laminate plank flooring or ceramic or any other kind of tile Mark and his crew are very very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. Also very fair in their pricing. I'm sure that you won't beat the quality of the work nor the price. Mark installed approximately 2000 square feet of laminate flooring and 400 square feet of terracotta tile along with prepping the floors and taking all the existing materials up. I could go on so let's just say I'm very pleased."

"I would recommend this company 1 million times. The entire process was so easy. I went on Home Advisor looking for floor installation and not long after Sam called me. I set up an appointment that same day to look at their flooring samples. This was on Saturday. My floors had to be demoed with laminate and tile. The guys had my floor demoed in 1 day and they will be done today!!! I am beyond happy with their customer service. Dia is the gentleman I dealt with at the store and who came to my house. I called him today to thank him for the amazing work they did. The price is VERY affordable and both Sam and Dia have top notch customer service!!! Thank you Dia and Sam for all you have done :) We will definitely be back for more stuff!"

"EVERY COMPANY HAS BASICALLY THE SAME SELECTION OF WOOD FLOORING. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PERSON, THAT'S EXPERIENCED WITH THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS AMAZING. HE EVEN STOPPED, TO CALL ME OUTSIDE TO LOOK AT 1 OF THE PIECES BEFORE HE PUT IT DOWN. I WAS SHOCKED. I DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR, HE STOPPED WENT AND GOT ANOTHER PIECE (SAME DAY) FINISHED IT. HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT? PROBABLY CLOSE TO ZERO. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THE MAN GETS 10 STARS."

"Trevor and his team did a brilliant job with the renovations of the house that was not in good shape prior. He was communicative and available to chat at all times to provide updates. The attention to detail on all tasks is what impressed the most. He was flexing with his pricing and got the job done before estimated completion date. I would definitely use his services again."
