Small jobs welcome

"This PRO is unbelievably competent. I wonder if this fab person has been programmed by AI‼️‼️‼️ No project is too large or small. Very kind and respectful demeanor. Helped today to arrange various rare, vintage, expensive audio components. This PRO for this reviewer is indispensable. I already hired this expert for projects to be done next week. What more can be said? Hire this PROFESSIONAL without any trepidation."

"Workers did everything wrong--other people were sent back to fix it..they did not know what they were doing so they had temper tantrums in my home--walked off and did not finish the job. The work that was done was up and down--a few things were good and a few things were so, so bad. They did things like cut drywall and let all the pieces and garbage fall behind the stove--and then just left it all. They made mistake after mistake--and I was being charged by the hour for them to make the mistakes and then repair what they messed up and start over. I went over things clearly with a foreman, and then the workers would show up without the proper supplies. I was charged a high rate by the hour as they drove to the store to buy supplies. They would schedule with me and cancel and then schedule again and show up four hours late."

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"It went extremely well and they explained every detail and all options very clearly. Communicating with them was quite easy and they were impressively responsive. Quality work and contractors - price range within dollars of two other bids. Price went up when we realized I needed to pour new concrete - which, for many reasons ended up being a bonus but it did drive up the price considerably. They offered other options to the new concrete as well."

"Great! We bought a "lemon" that Sears refused to acknowledge over the past five years (know wonder they don't exist anymore). For five years we received an error message every 3-4 months from that Frigidaire refrigerator that the evaporative fan had given out, and it took 2.5-3.5 weeks for a tech to show up to repair it. Victor Herrera from A-Z Appliance Pro identified the problem, solved the problem, and confirmed that the "defective part" had its functioning impeded by icicles that were not supposed to form behind the panel protecting it--a design flaw! This refrigerator is and has always been a "lemon," he confirmed. For five years we were lied to by Sears and the company that carried their warranty contracts (by the way, they don't really cover food loss claims either). Mr. Herrera could have charged us nearly $400 to replace a part that was not defective, and we would have never been the wiser. Instead, he was honest, straight-forward and only charged us for a reasonable service call, plus, he gave us same day service."
