"TLDR - Took my deposit and NO-SHOWED THE JOB 3 TIMES! All I have is a leaky roof and a useless warranty since they took my deposit and did not bother to show up. I have to say that working with this team has been absolutely brutal from the jump - getting a hold of Evan or even Sydney has been a nightmare. I just bought our home and the warranty of the old owner?s roof transferred to me. It?s a new roof so obviously I would want to work with the warranty; however, this has proven to not be so easy. Our roof had a leak at the beginning of August around our skylights. I decided I wanted to roof over them and called Big Buckle since using another contractor would void our warranty. Not only was it like pulling teeth to get Evan out here to look at the roof initially (I would have worked with another company at that point but since the warranty was with them I felt like my hands were tied) but they ended up no-showing three separate times while having my money for this project.
