"Russell, from ACS Plumbing, came and gave me an estimate for my two MBA faucets that when open were both running hot water as there is a heatilator at the other sink. He told me both faucets were broken. He spent time calling the wrong warranty office because I gave him the incorrect company. Then I found the correct warranty office and he got all the information needed for the parts to be sent to me. He turned off the heatilator and found it was broken also. He returned 3/20/26, after I had received all the parts. He was here less than a hour. Russell was a meticulous plumber. He was professional and very understanding of my situation. The best I have ever had. I had contacted the top three companies at Angi's List in Tucson and they were the first to call. Never heard from the other two. Sorry I can't take photos. "I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. "Had Cal’s come out to house and went over replacement options and had them scheduled for installation. They worked with our schedule and had them out to the house 2 days later, Leonard was extremely professional and very nice, he arrived as scheduled, he called a few minutes ahead of him arriving, so we could secure or 4 legged family members. He went right to work and kept us up on how things were going and gave us other helpful information. He did the install in no time at all...kept things clean as he worked and when it was all done made sure things were clean . We will MOST DEFINITELY turn to Cals for all of our future plumbing needs. "Very professional. The estimate was good, not low and not high. They assigned a top plumber to the task with a large number of assistance to get my job done. The plumbing installation was a work of art! You can always tell when someone is a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues. Likewise I provided my own water softener and they installed the loop and connections. They are a quality company!"
