"ACS did an outstanding job on our new air conditioning/heating/water heater installations. We received a top notch product, solid duct work, and great attention to detail. The staff are friendly, interested in helping, quick to respond - really they are a superior organization. Received the first big bill of the summer - the new system reduced the electric bill by 35% and the house is cooler and more completely cooled than with the previous system. The reduction in noise level is substantial. Of the five companies that came out, ACS was the only one to suggest our living room noise level could be handled with a baffle between the utility closet and the outlet. I gave them an A in pricing. They were not low bid on the job, but the quality of the unit provided, the superior installation and confidence in their ability to maintain the unit in the future are worth the money."

"Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step.
