"It started a bit rough as I was expecting a 30 minute out phone call, but didn't receive one. However, things went up from there. The issues were addressed no problem and the guys did a great job, were very friendly and happy to chat about what they were doing and how to properly maintain the slow drain in the future so it didn't happen again. I was very satisfied with the price and the service. This company will be my go to plumbers if I need help again in the future."

"Project: Replace two toilets. They responded quickly to my call and were out that day. The technician was friendly and did an excellent job. I would call them again."

"Robert Cole is a true professional and did Superior work excavating a home sewer line that had invasive Mesquite tree roots growing into the sewer pipe. He gave us a most competitive and reasonable bid . He showed up on time, communicated so well before and during the project. It was most difficult locating the sewer pipe as our home is 30 years old , but he has incredible patience and performed the Bobcat digging so well and was able to fix the damaged pipe by installing a new pipe section. His assisting staff/laborers were so nice and also professional, as they knew exactly how to assist Robert. It was such a great idea to locate Robert as an excavator, instead of hiring a plumber, as this project required an immense amount of digging down deep into the earth. So, if you have a similar sewer pipe issue in the Tucson area, we suggest you call /text Robert Cole. So happy to not have those gnarly roots invading the sewer pipe. Hire Robert Cole for your project now!"

"Josh was a great installer. He was clear about telling us what he was doing, explaining some workarounds he had to do, and getting the job done right. Great attitude too."

"Main sewer line stopped up at 11:00 pm. Will's All Pro called at 7:30 am to tell me a plumber was on the way. Could not believe how fast, efficient and professional their service was. They will be my go-to plumber from now on."

"Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions installed our SP3 Combo Whole Home Salt-Free Filter System. While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

"On time, did the job quickly. Was not expecting the 'additional fees' they quoted after arriving. Especially when they asked 'did the office tell you about ...?, which they did not. So, quote of $535 turned into $880 after the 'tank opening fee $75', the 'filter cleaning fee $65', the 'wash tank fee $65' and 'extra water fee $140'. Pro tips 1) ask what the added charges will be 2) uncover the tanks yourself 3) spray down the solids tank (hose water) and 4) clean your own filter before contractors arrive, save yourself $345."

"Very pleased with their customer service and promptness. All three units are now running efficiently. They have been out to check the freon levels in the leaking unit and it was fine. So I am assuming the leak was addressed with the sealant.

"Iâ ve used Ocotillo Plumbing twice. The first time they replaced a leaky kitchen faucet and the second time they cleared a bathroom drain. Their response time on both visits was very fast and Leo was professional and got right to the problem. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Iâ m so happy I found an honest and reliable plumbing company and you will be too if you call Ocotillo!"
