"It went very well. It took about 90 minutes and everything was clear and now everything drains well and my dishwasher does not back up into my sinks."

"We had a leak at our main water pipe outside and this was at the beginning of C-19. We called, and they came right out, gave us a great price and was fixed in no time. They cleaned up their work area, and fixed it better than before. I would definitely recommend Temperature-Control ."

"Robert Cole is a true professional and did Superior work excavating a home sewer line that had invasive Mesquite tree roots growing into the sewer pipe. He gave us a most competitive and reasonable bid . He showed up on time, communicated so well before and during the project. It was most difficult locating the sewer pipe as our home is 30 years old , but he has incredible patience and performed the Bobcat digging so well and was able to fix the damaged pipe by installing a new pipe section. His assisting staff/laborers were so nice and also professional, as they knew exactly how to assist Robert. It was such a great idea to locate Robert as an excavator, instead of hiring a plumber, as this project required an immense amount of digging down deep into the earth. So, if you have a similar sewer pipe issue in the Tucson area, we suggest you call /text Robert Cole. So happy to not have those gnarly roots invading the sewer pipe. Hire Robert Cole for your project now!"

"Josh was a great installer. He was clear about telling us what he was doing, explaining some workarounds he had to do, and getting the job done right. Great attitude too."

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions installed our SP3 Combo Whole Home Salt-Free Filter System. While the project took one day longer than originally estimated, the system itself appears to be working well. However, communication was lacking; the team never followed up to check on our satisfaction, nor did they provide the promised instructions on how to maintain our tankless water heater. While the system is largely maintenance-free, it does require a filter change annually and a recharge every 8–10 years. Given current inflation, I am concerned about the potential future cost of that recharge. Overall, the work was satisfactory, but I would have appreciated better follow-through and customer service."

"On time, did the job quickly. Was not expecting the 'additional fees' they quoted after arriving. Especially when they asked 'did the office tell you about ...?, which they did not. So, quote of $535 turned into $880 after the 'tank opening fee $75', the 'filter cleaning fee $65', the 'wash tank fee $65' and 'extra water fee $140'. Pro tips 1) ask what the added charges will be 2) uncover the tanks yourself 3) spray down the solids tank (hose water) and 4) clean your own filter before contractors arrive, save yourself $345."

"When my 20 year old 4 ton Lennox air-conditioning system finally broke down I contacted 3 companies to provide estimates for a new system. Since I was seriously considering replacing the old unit with the same brand, I specifically asked each of them to bid on the Lennox. Two of the firms sent someone out who each measured the inside of the house, and spent about 40 minutes working up a proposal. When they left, both of these firms gave me a printout giving several alternatives depending on the efficiency of the various units, and the price for each.
ACS was the 3rd firm I had contacted and the way they approached the potential job was very different. Their consultant, Justin Rogers went about measuring all the spaces, as well as reviewing (and photographing) in detail the existing system installation, pipes, wires, ducts, etc. He then sat down and asked me a series of questions to determine how, when, and how often the system was used, and what I expected from a new system. He went into some detail about the features available on the newer systems to determine whether they would be worthwhile for me to consider. Unlike the other two firms, he said he would return in 48 hours with a proposal, after he had time to review his notes. He returned with a detailed proposal giving several alternatives and a clear explanation of what the differences were. The proposal included all of the photographs he had taken 2 days before marked up to indicate work that would be done, which included new pipes (which other firms said were not necessary) and a rebuilding of the cabinet in which the new heater would be installed, and new ducting a new flu, new gas lines and new floor metal. None of this work was even suggested by the other two bidding firms. Their price was competitive with the lowest bid I had received, and when I told him that I would be using ACS he immediately offered to have two portable air conditioning units sent over as the house was about 90 degrees.
Two days later the installation team arrived and set up what looked more like a field hospital than a work area. They were efficient, clean, neat, very polite and performed all of the extra work shown in the photos, including extending the concrete base to allow the new unit to be further from the wall of the house. The job took about 8 hours and when they left the work area was spotless.

"Iâ ve used Ocotillo Plumbing twice. The first time they replaced a leaky kitchen faucet and the second time they cleared a bathroom drain. Their response time on both visits was very fast and Leo was professional and got right to the problem. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Iâ m so happy I found an honest and reliable plumbing company and you will be too if you call Ocotillo!"
