"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"We had a clogged kitchen sink and called Intelligent Design whom we had used twice in the past. While at first they had no openings for days, the kind person we spoke with checked with her supervisor and they said they would squeeze us in for the next day. I was fully expecting to wait all day for the scheduled jobs to be completed, but got a call late morning from Marty who said he was 20 minutes away, I was thrilled. Marty arrived as promised and quickly assessed the problem, deciding he could work it from an outside clean-out. As expected in these times Marty arrived masked, we masked also. When Marty was getting to work he asked permission to remove his mask and that we distance ourselves. He got the clogged cleared in minutes and had us run the sink to ensure it was truly cleared. Marty was very personable, friendly, and highly professional. We were done in about 20 minutes and the price was extremely fair, with no adders or surprises. I certainly liked Marty and even more Intelligent Design which has fair prices and very capable plumbers."

"Arin did an excellent job of inspection and explanations of prior dangerous installation issues. Next day, Dustin and assistant *John?* arrived at 0630 am and remained until 2200 that same night to completely dismantle and reinstall entire Trane system from ductwork to rewiring and reconnections. Dustin's work on this system is perfect compared to what was existing when he arrived. Next day Mitsubishi mini-split was reinstalled with new drainage line due to incorrect placement from prior installation. MIrage mini-split was incorrectly wired and dangerous labeling in main electrical box was remedied. ALL of the work performed was done professionally by caring individuals who knew what they were doing, brought up to current code and all dangerous issue were resolved. We would not hesitate to use ACS again for ANY HVAC/heating issues."
