"We hired Victor to finish our garage and turn it into a completed room where we were installing an exercise spa. Victor provided us a comprehensive and detailed bid in a timely manner. He began work as scheduled and hired a electrician as a subcontractor to do the necessary electrical work. The electrician did an excellent job and Victor insulated the walls, put up the sheet rock did the mudding the texturing and painting of the space as well as installed industrial exhaust fan, ceiling fan a wall-mounted television and more. He also finished the floor by doing a custom paint job with metallic sparkle particles on top and a clearcoat finish. He helped move the things we had stored in our garage out to the driveway and covered them safely before he began work. When he and his excellent crew were finished with the project they helped move everything back into place per our request. Victor was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and always arrived when he was expected. He is very genuine, has proven to be extremely trustworthy, and we are extremely pleased with the results of the project. I would highly recommend him for any work that a general contractor could do. I will be hiring him again to remodel our bathroom. Overall it was an excellent experience and the results are fantastic! If I had any criticism it was that the project went about a week over schedule because certain elements of the job took longer than anticipated."
