"Everything was top-notch from the first contact with Mr. Hamilton through the entire cleaning process. We were considering having new carpet installed but wanted to try having the carpet cleaned to see if it could be restored to a nearly new look. After using Act One, our carpet, which is over 5 years old and has gone through lots of kid and pet accidents, looks basically new. So much less expensive and time-consuming than buying new carpet. Additionally, Mr. Hamilton was pleasant to deal with throughout the process, was always prompt and courteous, and was flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend calling Act One before you consider replacing carpet or rugs."

"The whole process went very well. <br />Pros-- I was not sure of the colors or exact surface I wanted. He listened to what I did know I wanted in the way of durability, style, upkeep, etc. The floor was chosen first and then the countertop. The best part was this took about 20 minutes! He obviously listened and heard me and was able to discern my needs quickly. <br />Cons--honestly cannot think of any. Was it expensive? Yes, but I got one on one help and exceptional quality products and installation. I knew if I had a problem all I had to do was pick up the phone or drop by the shop for help. <br />"

"Overall, I was very satisfied with Premier Surfaces. Lindsey was my project manager / sales associate. She met my wife and I on a Saturday morning as a special appointment (they do not have regular hours on Saturday, appointment only). I had gotten another quote from a different Granite installer that was slightly higher and they only allow you to see their slabs during the week, which is an inconvenience for me. Lindsey was very nice to us, and she answered all our questions. I felt like she went above and beyond for our whole buying experience. We picked a slab, setup a measurement appointment (really early in the morning during the week, like 7 am or earlier). The measurement appointment was on time and took a reasonable amount of time (maybe 30 minutes). My only disappointment with Premier surfaces is they sold me on their SlabSmith program which supposedly allows you to see how your countertops will look upon installation. I took this to mean it would take a photo of my kitchen, and show me exactly what it would look like in a 3d image. The reality is that it shows you a plan view (from above) of what your countertops will look like, and we chose a black granite which had minimal color variation, so it looked like a few black boxes. Lindsey sent me another version of it that had a grainier granite and it still wasn't what I expected (3d), but I could see how it could be helpful for some folks. I just didn't think it was that big of a deal. For the installation, it was relatively easy to schedule, they were supposed to be at our house at 3:15 and they were about 1 hour late, the 4 hour installation time took about 3.5 hours, and ultimately it resulted in a beautiful end product. So I think there's some room for improvement, but I still would use them again without hesitation. See photos below for before and after (also had floors done) and the photos of the Slabsmith."

But I would really like to give a positive shout out to Chattanooga Granite and Marble, Karla, <br /> its owner, and all the crew. <br /> First, I will mention that we had a very negative experience with another granite shop, which installed granite in our home twice and both times it was measured, cut and installed incorrectly. As a result of this, we were without counter tops in our kitchen for a month. <br /> Luckily, we found Chattanooga Granite and Marble. From the moment we walked it, all the attention in the store was on us. <br /> We were introduced to Karla, the owner of the business, who personally walked us around the shop and explained everything about the process ? from choosing granite to installation and follow up.  I was very nervous based on our previous experience, but Karla assured us that they will take a great care of us and will deliver based on our expectations. She did not lie! :):):) <br /> We chose the particular slab of granite and scheduled measurement and installation appointments on the spot. Everything went as promised: measured perfectly, cut and installed on time, looks beautiful. Professionalism, quality of work and customer focus <br /> have exceeded our expectations. We will be happy to work with Karla again in the future. <br /> If you are looking for a local company that offers great quality granite and excellent execution, Chattanooga Granite and <br /> Marble is the place. You will not regret it! <br /> P.S. Just a note about their customer focus: we have an issue with the kitchen cabinet that will be corrected at a later time, so not all of the granite was installed. "Tater was my lead foreman for 1.5 years in Marietta, GA with T Design and Remodeling, LLC. In that time we did many bathrooms, kitchens, and full level remodels. Our projects ranged from 25k-150k. Tater handled all facets of these remodels and many he handled primarily solo. Tater also, remodeled all the bathrooms and kitchen in my own house. I could not recommend Tater any higher. He has excellent character, work ethic, communication skills, and remodeling skills. He always chooses to do the right thing, is a great problem solver, and doesn’t leave a job undone till it’s right.
