"Mr. Davis and his crew did excellent work for us. They replaced wood in areas that were rotted around windows, dormirs and eaves. They also replaced soffits and rotted siding. Roof repair was required in some areas around dormir. They were always on time, kept us informed of progress each day and they always left the work area clean. We are so pleased with his work that we have already asked him to return to do inside work and have recommended him to friends. Mr. Davis is skilled in multiple of construction and home repair. Terry Davis has done another project for us. He is replacing all of our 19 windows. He and his crew have done an amazing job. The site is always left clean. The windows look wonderful. "The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
