Angela knows her stuff and really helped put together my kitchen/family room reno vision together from floor right down to the grout color for backslash to tie it all together. They are so much more than floors! Prices are amazing (I did a lot of research). Their install folks they use are so professional as well and kept things so tidy during it all. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We had a wonderful experience with Carlos and the Hometown Team. My husband and I were moving from out of state and nervous to hire someone to install our floors when we could not be there to oversee the progress. Carlos put us totally at ease. His communication was awesome. All phone calls were returned promptly and he was patient and thorough when answering my many questions. He was able to source the flooring we wanted and got it delivered quickly. They started install on the day that was promised and stayed late after finding the floors needed to be leveled. When he found an issue with some damaged floorboards, he sent pictures immediately and explained what needed to be done. He sent pictures and was in touch at every step. Did I mention the flooring? It’s beautiful and exactly what we wanted. I have not seen one flaw in the workmanship. When I inquired about how to protect the floors for the upcoming movers, he was kind enough to make an extra stop to bring us paper & plastic to cover our floors and steps. Working with Carlos was a wonderful experience!"
