"We hired Reyes Concrete to expand the entrance to our driveway. The added a section of galvanized pipe to the culvert, then poured concrete to give us the larger driveway that we wanted. The work was EXCELLENT. They were also very easy to deal with. They returned phone calls. They showed up when they said they would. And the completed the project very quickly. The people at Reyes Concrete are true professionals. If we ever need any other concrete work done, they will be the first call we make. We recommend them very highly!"

I’m an old-fashioned, affordable, honest handyman. I am very versatile. \n\nI have worked in construction for over 25 years. I have extensive experience in drywall repair, trim and carpentry work, electronic containment fences and custom pet doors (I can put one anywhere- glass door, window, wall, etc). \n\nThere’s absolutely no job that I won’t at least take a look at and give my honest opinion. No job is too small. No job is too odd. I can do light car maintenance or complex home repairs. Clean-up or Custom work. Just ask! \n\nFlexible hours. Weekends available.

"Magic City Coating was so helpful from start to finish. From our initial call, they were able to help us figure out what we needed and came out next day. The work only took a few hours and they installed the Floor Shield all in the same day. Amazed with the ease and professionalism from Magic City Coating. Highly suggest these guys!"

FAQs for concrete floor coating apply projects in Tuscaloosa, AL

Epoxy flooring is a two-part coating made from synthetic resins and a hardener that bonds to concrete to create a continuous, durable surface. Once cured, the coating resists impacts, moisture, and most household chemicals, making it a practical choice for garages, basements, and workshops. It also creates a uniform, easy-to-clean finish that looks more polished than bare concrete without requiring ongoing waxes or sealers.

With proper care and maintenance, solvent-based and solid residential epoxy flooring can last 10 to 20 years, while water-based epoxy flooring lasts three to five years. Water-based epoxy is less durable, making it more susceptible to regular wear and tear. Commercial epoxy concrete flooring that experiences heavy foot traffic may only last two to three years.

Maintaining epoxy garage floors is relatively easy. You can sweep up dirt and debris with a broom, dustpan, or vacuum cleaner, then use a mild cleaning solution intended for epoxy floors to scrub away stains. Avoid using soap-based or chemical cleaners. Mopping an epoxy garage floor regularly with warm water can do the trick.
