"He removed old wall paper, patched and sanded, then painted prepped walls in a timely manner. He showed up when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. Because heâ s an overall jack-of-all-trades, he also replaced all electrical outlets and plates. I had two cabinet drawers that were falling apart and he took them and repaired/rebuilt them and they work perfectly now. I would highly recommend Mr. Jeff Bruland for your remodeling needs!"

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"After an extensive search and interviewing 4-5 different contractors, we selected Matt of Prime Management and couldn't be happier with our decision. Start to finish, this was a 11 days process to completely gut and remodel our kitchen and make a few renovations to our den. Matt was not only the most cost effective, he managed relationships with most of the vendors including flooring, cabinets and counter-top. He also had recommendations for tile, appliances and each vendor I spoke with had nothing but terrific things to say about their relationship with Matt. Matt, his designer and the entire crew were professional, accommodating and highly skilled. "Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! She is very aggressive in helping me find the best pricing and often times will work with the vendors directly  hence saving me the time.  She also has excellent local contacts.  Everyone I've worked with through Vicki has been timely, professional, and highly competent.
