"Mr Basham and I started this project July ... measuring and coming up with a plan for my kitchen island. After designing and redesigning, I put a down payment on the project the 1st week in Aug. This project was to be done for my birthday (mid Sep). There were bumps in the road and the project was 2 weeks past the birthday but I love the work he's done. *He did not keep me abreast when there were changes in the plan- is my biggest complaint. This can cause trust problems. That's in his Customer Information; however, he did make concessions in his Customer Service. Job is completed."
