"Handyman was on time and ready to resolve /correct my problem. He is very nice but there was a disagreement on cost of job. Miscommunication on cost of job. He got somewhat annoyed with what I understood work would cost. If it wasn't for that I would rate him higher but would hire him again providing we agree on cost."

"This is the second home remodel project that Kyle Beym Home Improvement has done for us. We were so impressed with our exterior home renovation they did a few years ago, that we contacted the company again when we were ready to remodel one of our bathrooms. They were by far the lowest bid, and once again excelled in quality of work and end project. The crew was hardworking and respectful, working long hours and always cleaning up at the end of each day. We were once again pleased with the responsiveness to all questions and changes we made as the remodel was underway, and the bathroom was finished in the time frame that was estimated at the start of the project. The bathroom turned out even better than we had hoped! We are so pleased with the remodel that we can’t wait to do the rest of the bathrooms in our home."

He completed chandelier installations, installed dimmer switches throughout the home, replaced broken the doorbell, fixed a leak, replaced a sliding door handle & lock and replaced broken locks on windows. On time, very responsive to texts, professional, pleasant, cleans up after himself, works very fast and has experience in all things you’d want in a handyman. Highly recommend!"

"I posted prior review at time he began- He is more than likely better for small projects, not large scale. He started off wonderful, although this was not a small project, he committed to work he claimed experience and then had difficulty. At first he showed daily, worked hard until about 65% completed and he had been paid 2/3 of job- then he committed to coming, no show. I would contact claimed personal errands came up then committed another time no show. This occurred 3 days in row. There were other days he was frequently on phone, stating calls other jobs. Unreliability is an issue for me. This task dragging on too long. He claims distracted other tasks helping me, this is true and do take into consideration, although his lack of experience in a task made it take longer than should have taken. My husband was a contractor ( he passed ) so I am not unfamiliar with Const tasks I am not being unreasonable. He is more than likely great on small job- day or two- handling a larger project he begins to become unreliable. He has many skills, this job should been nothing for him- although he overcommits and lets personal issues affect concentration."

My hot water heater door was an exterior door that required venting, and Tom made a return trip to install the grate, and wouldn’t charge me, even though I felt it wasn’t fair to Tom.
