"The gas line to our water heater was damaged by another contractor. Mr. Rooter fixed it by installing a gas ball valve and gas flex line to replace the old line. Scott was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm, but due to a previous job taking longer than expected, did not arrive until after 5pm. He was quick to complete the necessary work and the work he did seems to be just fine. He was friendly and wore bootie covers on his shoes so he didn't track in any snow or mud from outside.
