"I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. I now have to hire a lawyer to sue them to make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. Every single aspect of the remodel is worse than before they started"

"Justin is superior in his work, very meticulous. He was there when he said he would be, and very easy to get a hold of. Very honest guy, I left my home in his care without a worry . Everything was done beautifully and if he had an issue he goes over it with you explaining it in detail. Lea , Justinâ s wife can handle the cabinet design working with the kitchen design center, this made the process go smoothly as she handled most interactions with them. She did her own drawings with Auto Cad and was able to guide us through the right kitchen for our needs. She made the design process flow so smoothly. "Installers were excellent. Salesman was knowledgeable. Problem was they did not communicate. The first day the installers tore out my vanity as well saying they had instructions to replace it. On the second day, the salesman called me and said whoops, you can either fix that yourself or we can install a new one for 7,000 more than we agreed I was at work so said I could not make a decision then. The installers told my wife that day that they were told I said I would fix it myself. I never said that. The company called to check if I was satisfied afterwards and I told them this. They said they would open a ticket but no one ever followed up with me."

"Everything seemed fine at first and the estimate was priced low to get the job apparently. Andy was nice and cordial and seemed trustworthy. His crew showed up early ready to work but unfortunately, they all looked like illegals and only one of three spoke English. They broke the entire concrete corner off the steps to the porch and the railing and then balanced it back in place and then pretended nothing happened, the wrought iron got damaged in a couple other places as well. The original estimate was for $1,400.00 at the end of the day Andy showed back up and hit me up for an additional $ 994.94 without any warning about the price going up in advance. So, they did get the job done but it certainly was not perfection, and the original estimate was more in line with their skill level and quality of their work, I was irritated about the massive price increase and finding the broken things after they were gone. "

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
